Do gift cards only work at the location purchased from?
Nope! You can purchase your gift card and Dad can use at whichever City Cave he prefers.
What if Dad would prefer a different service than what I got him?
Gift cards are tied to a dollar value, rather than a service. If he’d prefer to swap for a different service he can do so and either will have funds remaining on his gift card, or can pay a little extra to upgrade himself.
The sauna offer credits can only be redeemed on sauna sessions as they come at a discounted rate.
Do the $99 offer sauna credits expire?
Yes, two months from the date of purchase.
Do Gift Cards expire?
Yes, Gift Cards are valid for three years and can be used for any City Cave service.
