WHY FLOAT

1. PROMOTER
The promoter of the City Cave × Luxury Escapes Your Ticket to Paradise Giveaway (Promotion) is:

Luxury Escapes and AYANA Segara Bali are prize suppliers only and are not promoters of the Promotion.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 16 September 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 October (Promotional Period).
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be valid.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in:
- New South Wales;
- Victoria;
- Queensland; or
- Tasmania.
Residents of the Northern Territory, South Australia and Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter.
Employees of the Promoter, participating City Cave locations, Luxury Escapes, AYANA Segara Bali, and any agencies, contractors or suppliers directly involved in administering the Promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
Immediate family members include a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or step-relative.
The Promoter may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age, residency and eligibility.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible Entrants can enter the Promotion by completing one or more of the following qualifying actions during the Promotional Period.
4.1 Complete a Float
An Eligible Entrant who completes a paid Float at a participating City Cave location during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
4.2 Complete a Float as a City Cave member
An Eligible Entrant who is an active City Cave member and completes a Float at a participating City Cave location during the Promotional Period will receive two (2) entries into the draw for that completed Float.
The additional entry is awarded because the entrant is an active City Cave member when the Float is completed.
4.3 Join City Cave as a new member
An Eligible Entrant who is not an existing City Cave member and who successfully joins an eligible City Cave membership during the Promotional Period will receive five (5) bonus entries into the draw.
The membership must be successfully activated during the Promotional Period and purchased at the applicable standard membership price.
The five (5) bonus entries may only be awarded once per person during the Promotional Period.
4.4 No separate competition entry fee
No separate fee is payable to enter the Promotion.
Entry is conditional upon completing an eligible Float or, for the membership bonus, purchasing and successfully activating an eligible City Cave membership at the applicable standard price.
5. ENTRY CONDITIONS
To be valid, an entry must:
a. be received during the Promotional Period;
b. be associated with an Eligible Entrant;
c. result from a qualifying action described in clause 4;
d. relate to a qualifying Float that is completed, rather than merely booked, during the Promotional Period; and
e. comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings that are cancelled, not attended or otherwise not completed will not generate an entry.
The Promoter may reject an entry where the underlying transaction has been cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise determined to be invalid.
6. MULTIPLE ENTRIES
Eligible Entrants may receive multiple entries during the Promotional Period by completing multiple qualifying actions.
There is no limit to the number of eligible Floats an Eligible Entrant may complete during the Promotional Period.
For clarity:
- a non-member who completes one eligible Float receives 1 entry;
- an existing City Cave member who completes one eligible Float receives 2 entries;
- a new City Cave member receives 5 bonus entries for joining; and
- a new member who joins and subsequently completes an eligible Float as a member receives 7 entries in total — 5 bonus membership entries plus 2 entries for the completed member Float.
Each entry constitutes one chance in the draw.
7. PRIZE
There is one (1) major prize to be won.
The Prize consists of:
7.1 Five nights at AYANA Segara Bali
Five (5) nights’ accommodation for two (2) adults at AYANA Segara Bali, Indonesia, staying in a Resort View Room, valued at up to AUD $7,179 (RRP $2,414).
The accommodation package includes, for two guests:
- daily buffet breakfast at Karang, Padi or To’Ge;
- daily lunch or dinner at a choice of 11 restaurants;
- one cocktail per adult at a choice of five bars, including Rock Bar;
- one 50-minute massage per adult at AYANA Spa;
- one-hour thalassotherapy pool access at AYANA Spa;
- unlimited rounds at AYANA’s 18-hole golf-putting course;
- daily AYANA Kids’ Playground access;
- priority access to Rock Bar and Kubu Beach Club; and
- complimentary resort shuttle.
The above inclusions are valid for two (2) guests.
7.2 Flight credit
AUD $1,400 flight credit for two (2) passengers, to be applied towards flights to Bali.
The flight credit is subject to the terms and conditions, booking requirements, availability and restrictions of the relevant travel provider.
Any amount exceeding the $1,400 flight credit, together with any applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, baggage fees, seat selection fees, travel insurance or other costs not covered by the flight credit, will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
7.3 Total Prize Value
The total Prize is valued at up to AUD $8,379, comprising:
- AYANA Segara Bali accommodation package: up to $7,179; and
- flight credit for two passengers: up to $1,200.
The accommodation package is valid for travel until 31 March 2027. Bookings must be made before 1 March 2027.
The Prize is subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions of Luxury Escapes, AYANA Segara Bali and the relevant flight provider.
8. PRIZE CONDITIONS
a. The Prize is for two (2) adults.
b. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
c. The accommodation must be booked before 1 March 2027 and travel must be completed by 31 March 2027.
d. The Prize Winner is responsible for coordinating the booking of the accommodation and flights and ensuring that the Prize is redeemed within the applicable validity periods.
e. The accommodation and flight components of the Prize are subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions of Luxury Escapes, AYANA Segara Bali and the relevant flight provider.
f. Conditions apply, including applicable booking periods, travel periods, blackout dates, availability restrictions and supplier conditions.
g. The flight credit is limited to a maximum value of AUD $1,200 for two passengers. Any costs exceeding the value of the flight credit are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
h. The Prize does not include travel insurance, airport transfers unless expressly included in the Prize, visas, passports, travel documentation, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly specified in these Terms and Conditions.
i. The Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they hold all passports, visas and other documentation required to travel to Indonesia.
j. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Prize Winner or their guest in connection with obtaining travel documentation, travel insurance or other travel requirements.
k. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, amendment or disruption to the Prize caused by Luxury Escapes, AYANA Segara Bali, airlines, flight providers or any other third-party supplier.
l. The Prize Winner must comply with all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Luxury Escapes, AYANA Segara Bali and the relevant flight provider.
9. DRAW
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The Promoter will maintain a record of eligible entries and the number of entries allocated to each Eligible Entrant.
The Prize Winner does not need to be present at the draw.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details associated with their City Cave account within seven (7) business days of the draw.
The Prize Winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence of identity and eligibility before the Prize is awarded.
The Prize Winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or other relevant promotional channels in accordance with applicable law.
For the purposes of Victorian requirements, the name of the Prize Winner will be published on the internet for a minimum of 28 days.
11. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the Prize Winner using the contact details provided by the entrant.
If the Prize remains unclaimed or the Prize Winner is unable to satisfy the eligibility requirements by Friday the 23 October 2026 an unclaimed prize draw may be conducted at:

12. PRIVACY
City Cave Pty Ltd collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may include an entrant’s name, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, email address and other information provided by the entrant.
Personal information may be collected through City Cave websites, booking systems, membership systems, competition applications and other communications.
Personal information may be used for purposes including administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, recording entries, contacting the Prize Winner, arranging fulfilment of the Prize and preventing or detecting fraudulent or improper activity.
City Cave may disclose relevant personal information to third-party service providers where reasonably required to administer the Promotion or provide related services, including information technology, mailing, marketing, market research and website usage services.
Personal information may also be disclosed to professional advisers and government or regulatory authorities where required or authorised by law.

13. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By entering the Promotion, an entrant may receive communications from City Cave relating to the entrant’s booking, membership, the Promotion and City Cave’s products and services, in accordance with applicable law and the City Cave Privacy Policy.
Where an entrant has separately provided consent to receive direct marketing communications, the entrant may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe function provided in the communication or by contacting City Cave.
City Cave will not rent, trade or sell an entrant’s email address to another party.

14. PUBLICITY
The Prize Winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the Promotion.
The Promoter may publish the Prize Winner’s name as required by applicable law.
The Promoter will seek the Prize Winner’s consent before using their photograph, video, testimonial or other personal content for additional promotional purposes, unless otherwise permitted by law.
15. DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant:
a. has breached these Terms and Conditions;
b. has provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
c. has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion or entry process;
d. has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct; or
e. has otherwise acted in a manner that compromises the fair administration of the Promotion.
The Promoter may verify entries before awarding the Prize.
16. CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION
Subject to applicable law, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if an event occurs that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and makes the Promotion impracticable to conduct.
The Promoter will not make any change that unfairly disadvantages an entrant.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
a. lost, late, incomplete or incorrectly recorded entries;
b. technical failures affecting booking, membership, website or competition systems;
c. telecommunications, internet or system outages;
d. incorrect or outdated contact information supplied by an entrant;
e. any cancellation, delay or disruption to the Prize caused by a third-party supplier; or
f. any costs or expenses incurred by the Prize Winner that are not expressly included in the Prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
18. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Luxury Escapes and AYANA Segara Bali are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion.
Any accommodation, booking or travel component of the Prize is subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions.
The Promoter does not guarantee the availability of any particular room, date, restaurant, facility or experience forming part of the Prize unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
19. SOCIAL MEDIA
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
Any information provided by an entrant in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to the relevant social media platform.
20. GENERAL
a. The Promoter’s records of entries and qualifying transactions will be maintained for the purposes of administering the Promotion and resolving any reasonable dispute.
b. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
c. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.
d. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in another jurisdiction in which the Promotion is conducted.
e. By entering the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
